I have been using Sensodyne toothpaste for over two years now. Prior to Sensodyne I have used Colgate, Pathanjali, Cibaca. Bought it after seeing the ad on TV where a doctor prescribes it for sensitive teeth. The Sensodyne I use is with fresh mint flavor.
I have tooth sensitivity. Whenever I heat something cold like ice cream or even when having fruits like orange or citrus. I had been using other toothpaste including the ayurvedic variety but they did not address my tooth sensitivity.
Once I started with sensodyne my teeth sensitivity has vanished. Now whenever I have anything hot& spicy, cold or even fruits like orange, mosambi, or dryfruits especially figs & apricot I do not get tooth sensitivity. The mint flavor of the toothpaste is also refreshing & keeps your mouth fresh for a long time. I used to get toothaches once in 6 months but after using this toothpaste they have ceased.
The toothpaste is quite costly i.e even a small tube costs around 150 INR. Though it is expensive it is still worth the money.
