I'm new to using this toothpaste after damaging my teeth through years of whitening toothpaste use left them sensitive to temperature. My dentist told me it could take up to 2 weeks to gain relief but it seemed to work after 1 week. He also suggested the other brands may be just as good but I've just stuck with this one. It is rather overpriced so I just buy a couple when they are on special, as it does go on special every month or so.
You need to use 2 times a day, as I was told it puts a "film" over the teeth which protect them from the cold etc which will be washed off if you use another regular toothpaste.
original it was the only thing that stopped the sensitivity. I highly recommended to peoples to use this. It is slightly costly then other toothpaste but highly result able.
