So I have been using this hard disk for more than a year now. I bought this one because some of my friends recommended it. But here I want to talk about their after sales service. A few months back due to some issues the hard disk stopped working and the inside disk was not spinning properly. So I looked for some diagnostic online but I could not find it. So I started searching for some service centre. I found one but it was quite far from my house around 10-12 km. But still I decided to go there. Even after reaching there it took me 1 hour to find the place so it was very disappointing. But the good thing was that they took my old hard disk NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Within a few days I had a new hard disk. So in the end I would like to finish with that although service centres are hard to find but service quality is great. Thank you
