I was tricked into buying this company hard disk

In February 2018, I purchase this hard drive for my desktop I bought this hard drive because of eat good loading speed and external use. I purchase this hard disk from an online website. Within 7 days of ordering the hard drive is delivered to my home. I get one year warranty from this company e of the the purchase of this hard drive. Then I used the hard disk for about six months. Then one day I noticed that the hard drive was not running. Then I immediately called this companies customer care. I was informed by customer care I am there service centre address hard drive courier and they will repair my hard drive and deliver it to me. Then 7 days later I had another delivery. When I open the delivered parcel I see that service centre didn't give me my hard drive. They send me and old hard drive then I called again at this company's customer care. But they didn't listen to me.
