Seabird travels is one of the worst travels among the travels I have travelled with.
First and the foremost worst thing about this travels is about the interaction with customers who booked the ticket. They never responded or communicated to my calls regarding bus delay or they dont even provide the drivers name to confirm the status of the bus.
Next we have to talk about the maintenance of the buses that they have. I had traveled only once and thats the last with them. I booked the ticket and traveled from Hubli to Bangalore. Since its a sunday night I got the last option to book this travels any way. But it was like a hell ride. If I want to tell some more points, here it goes like the windows are shattered and it was a freezing cold and when I ask the same with the driver or the travel guy they said you can go ahead and cancel the ticket as we dont arrainge another bus. But I have to reach the destination I had no other way apart from them. Also the seats were teared almost half and cotton or sponge came out of the seat. Push back was not working properly another impotent thing is they have BUGS in the BUS. Which is really pathetic and horrible experience with them.
I strongly recommend people not to go with SEABIRD.
