The worst experience with SBI credit card is that there is nobody to assist its customers! The toll free no. doesn't work at all!
If we call the other two nos, we'll be charged exorbitantly! We'll be made to wait for hours together and nobody responds. Ultimately the call gets disconnected! Its a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It just markets on its "safe business" tag but the service is totally dead!
