It was a complete bad and terrible experience with sbi credit card starting from the day received the card till the closure.
On request, card was closed and a confirmation was sent. But in the background the card was open with 10 paisa balance. Unknowing the fact, I assumed that the card account is closed as the internet login also was disabled.
But after~2 years my cibil score was corrupted due to default amount in that account which became~2500. I had to pay the same due to urgency.
Now when aksing the money back, cutomer case of SBI is showing the real face.
Dont go for SBI Crefit card.
