Cheating Credit Card Department. Review on SBI Visa Credit Card

I have received my card a month back.When the sbi executive Sanjay From Bangalore HQ(he himself introduced like that) contacted me for offering the credit card, I was told that, its a corporate offer card only for selected companies & you will be getting more benefits .10% offer in irctc, one time charges 499 & will be getting gift coupons for that 499, etc.

I have realized some thing later that he told when the verification calls come(from a third party company) you accept whatever they say about the offers because we have not updated them with such offers for the selected companies, i trusted that fellow(after all he is a SBI employee).Also I was told that you will be getting a mail confirmation about your special offers before you receive your card, but I didnt get any mail from SBI, by the time I got my card.

But when I received my first month statement there was no cash back offers for any of my transaction with irctc & also I didnt receive the gift coupon either.

Its a 100% cheat from SBI, i didnt expect these type of fraud from a govt bank which is giving false promises to reach there targets.

One of my worst experience in my life.

If any of you reading this still want to go for the SBI credit card, ask the executive to send a mail confirmation before they process the application.Most of the time that cheaters say they will confirm it before the card delivery, but 100% they don't do that.You will end up in many shocking surprises.

Don't try to approach customer support, its another mess, simply a waste of time with them, they would be glad to say the same thing which you already know.'Worst service which I have never ever faced
