Bill received wihout receiving credit card!
This is a second experience with the SBI credit card service. I am already a defaulter for Rs. 77, since I think 2008, not sure, but still in their records. I requested to stopped SBI credit but they have a habbit of not listening to their customers or ignore their customers.Billing issue is very common.
Now again after years when I was shopping with my wife at R CIty mall, SBI credit card sales representative approached my wife to go for it, inspite I informed, I am a defaulter and I know very well about the their service, my wife wanted to take a chance as sales representative had already convinced her to go for SBI credit card. NOW THE PROBLEM IS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CREDIT CARD, BUT WE ARE GETTINGS REMINDERS ON THE BILL PAYMENTS.
ANOTHER WORST CASE AS WE DID NOT RECEIVED CARD, WE DONT HAVE CARD DETAILS, BUT WHEN WE MANAGED TO FIND A TOLL FREE NUMBER TO CALL AND SORT OUT THE ISSUE, WITHOUT CARD DETAILS, IVR CANNOT PROCEED FURTHER.
Big contragulations to both of us as again got trapped with SBI services! We have sent an email to the grievance email id to see or check any progress on the same.
Thanks to SBI which had taught us to that "DEALING WITH SBI IS A BIG STRUGGLE"
