I feel this review is:
Trusted bank good service low maintance and service charges and government sector and credit card from indias largest and well known bank. The only one bad think is as a best bank they have operating credit card from private sector ge capital so the service not provided by bank. The always compleant is only poor customer care because of out sourse by ge capital. So bank not take any responsibility. All process of collecting issueing and recovery will by ge capital using sbi brand name and branches. But people trust because of sbi.
