Hello everyone today I am saying about samsung s-purista my father buy it 6 months ago . when we visit to the store they say so many good things like it has a unique design, has more feature we are ready to buy this, they have said that if we pay full amount with debit card they will give discount of 5% but in bill it is 2% we are dissatisfied with this but we dont say anything to them
.When Ac come home they also send the person to install it and after installing the Ac he ask for money but at store they say that installing of Ac is free but my father paid him 500 we were not happy with this .
When we start the Ac it is cooling good in less time but after 1 month Ac is taking more time for cooling and also make more noise our ac is in gurantee so we called at store they say that their person will come in 2 hours but he comes next day and when he check the Ac he say that this problem is not come under gurantee and to repair it we have to pay 3900but my father go to their store and ask why we have to pay so they say it is company policy so we come to know that they are not doing what they say.my father got irritated and changed the Ac by giving this one and give some more money their service is not good .
