I have called to Samsung service centre on 4th July I got customer care no for Google. The customer care ladies were highly arrogant and un professional and disconnected the line thrice.
I got another no where I called and registered my complain and service request and engineer visited to inspect my front load washing machine
I have purchased the machine in 2019 and after the warranty period was over machine started giving trouble. I have replaced two times motor, one time some water inlet circuit and now drum and rubbed need to e replaced.
I received call on samsung service centre on 4th evening and gave the estimate. I upfront called the samsung service centre mumbai and asked them to order the drum and other parts. They person informed that parts will be available in Tuesday. When asked for discount he asked to contact samsung service helpline.
When contact the service helpline, they lady was arrogant and does not have customer service atticates. She started asking me that I know policy of discount if Samsung have to provide her. Instead of understanding and resolving my problem she questioned me.
Honestly customer helpline are useless, arrogant and horrible they only know one sentence to say we will escalate.
I follow up with Samsung service centre mumbai but always false commitment and as committed I am sitting on thrusday 10 th July 25 they have ordered the product yesterday and given false information about product has been ordered.
Samsung customer care never ever resolved my query and when asked to connect senior mgt they made me hold call and later gave excuse as usual they senior mgt was not available to ignore and get ride of customer.
Samsung service head, senior management have turned deaf ears and never respond to customer. Till date Samsung has been un responsive. Lethargic, reluctant and never received single call. Just reply on face book our concern dept will contact but not a single call.
They are just arrogant and reluctant. Highly unprofessional and un responsive.
They don't respect or value customer and only concern with sales.
They make inferior products.
Samsung only know give customer agony, pint, harrasment, fool them, give false commitment and take customer to ride.
Their objective and goal is sales and no service. No customer service, no customer service commitment, no customer satisfaction. Just harrash and make customer fool.
