I have been using this product for the past 3 months. I am quite happy with the performance of the product so far. Smooth function, very aesthetic and a typical Samsung product. Feels very futuristic the stylish design and the color also adds a nice touch to the kitchen. It looks very premium.
Starter kit includes a bowl and an idli making bowl, has some 20 Indian recipes stored in presets, has a standby button also for those who cant keep unplugging or switching it off at the wall socket, overall lovely microwave worth for the money but includes no recipe book.
Good usable size. Just put the food inside the vessel and set your time, and then all set its so easy. Enough to put medium sized utensils.Controls are acceptable and not too confusing. Just clean it with a wet cloth and then with dry cloth, cleaning is so easy.
The controls feel cheap. Panels are not put together with as much attention as competitors, Visibility through the mesh is very poor - to visually check things, you need to open the door each time. So not a rough and tough product.
The only problem is its huge socket 3pin plug I have to buy an extention plug board.Would have been better with a number pad to key in accurate times instead of 30sec increments. Otherwise it is perfect for my kitchen.
