A year back we brought this through online. Till now there is no drawbacks I found out. Its audio as well as video both are good. It is worth of money.
But only thing is, since we brought through online, we have not provided with any service for mounting TV. We had to call our own electrician to assemble all parts and mount the TV.
Samsung is a very well known company. So we can trust easily. Also it is a standard product.
