Samsung Galaxy A7 was released in the year 2016. I bought it at the time it was released seeing its buzz in the technews about its impressive display. As they mentioned in reviews the phone worked very well and now its more than 2years since I bought this device. In 2017 once my screen got a break slightly in the corner inspite of tempered glass screen guard and slowly the phone started to function very slowly then started hanging and in few days stopped working. When I took it to samsung service they changed the screen for Rs.8000 but the screen colour was not black as it was at the time of purchase because they told that when it is changed then it comes in this colour only. Its working fine but there wont be any resale value or they wont take it for resale actually. This is the value of samsung phones. That is the only thing makes me feel low about samsung phones otherwise everything else is good about samsung galaxy a7 2016.
