Hi Everyone,


I want to share my horrible experience I am facing with Samsung. I had purchased Samsung Dishwasher on 1-4-2013 from Bajaj electronics jublieehills . On the first instance Samsung delivered a used product . I identified it and asked them to take back the product & refund my money, they some how convinced me & sent the new Dishwasher. I started using the product and I had some or the other issue and Samsung responded till the product was in warranty. In the month of 2015 I had an issue with product, the engineer tried visiting us couple of times & mentioned nothing was wrong with machine as he was not fully trained about Dishwasher. Finally the machine stopped working engineer suggested that they will have to take the machine to the work shop to identify the issue. They took the machine and advised there was an issue with water inlet Valve, sensor & pipe . Which I believed and paid Rs. 2000 odd and got it repaired the warranty for the repair was only 3 months. After 8 months of repair again I had the same issue and this time I was quoted Rs.6500 for the repair and I was shocked to know the cost . As I trusted Samsung to be a good brand and a product worth Rs. 31000 I expected a life span of at-least 7 to 10 years . However I was disappointed. I contacted dealer to check if they had new model of Samsung Dishwasher, to my shock I was informed that Samsung had stopped selling Dishwasher s. This made it clear that Samsung has failed in line of selling Dishwashers and hence they do not have expertise to identify the issue with the product and fooling the customers by fixing issues temporarily by charging the money they wish to . I am a very loyal customer of Samsung and I had never had an issue with any other product so far except for the Dishwasher. I expected Samsung to accept their shortfall and refund money for the product they have failed with. They have disappointed me by not cooperating with me and ignoring my complaint. Hence I approached consumer court and finally got orders in my favor of repairing the machine for free of cost in March 2017. after a follow up of 4 months with Rlogic which is authorized service center I got back my machine in horrible condition and to my Dismay they failed to repair the machine to my expectation, Always they take machine to resolve one matter and get back with some other issue and I am so tiered now, I insisted the company to refund my money. The R logix team has been promising me that they will resolve the matter to my expectations and only thing they do is leave me with false promise and hope. I have all the evidence to prove the conversations I had with Service team. I did tell them that I shall approach the consumer court to resolve the matter, they have been requesting me not to do so, but still not able to refund my Money . I am afraid what stage these big companies have reached that they are not scared of law, nor do they care for their loyal clients who has bought all the products of theirs.I am not sure if I am going to gain from writing this review. However I want every one to know the issues clients are facing with Samsung specially to do with after sales service and after reading this review please make a conscious decision on buying your products. If at all Samsung is bothered about resolving this issue there is only one option I need my refund and also compensation for the thime, money and energy I have lost in resolving this issue, Myself and my family has gone though mental harassment because of reckless behavior Samsung and their service center Rlogic. If I do not hear from Samsung team I shall reachout to Consumer court once again. I have evidence of 100+ calls. 50+ Sms and some whats up messages to support the matter.
