Today we eat every day junk foods or Bakery products which is not good for our health our body health they needs fiber minerals vitamins etc. The Saffola is very big company we know all that they bring in the market very good product which is Saffola Oats there are many flavour available like masala classic or 2-3 more it is up to you which is suit to you know this is very good for break fast or when you want to eat this is very good source of vitamins and fibers we need think about that best is all this because we spend many money on the junk food and which is use less so my personal opinion is best is Saffola Oats because my small daughter is also like very much so we can imagine how much the test is so just try and make family life healthy.
