As discussed, I have again sent my car(xxxx) back to your service station today for the 3rd time to resolve the same issue. The person who took the car is Mr. Harikesh.
Below is the explanation of complete instance, I have already paid 48000/- and I am not liable to pay even a single penny from my pocket now and I am ready to take up the issue.
? I had given my car to Safdarganj Hyndai - Gurgaon to resolve few major issues including electrical, battery related.
? After I got the car from Safdarganj Hyndai - Gurgaon after almost 9 days, I was facing issue with ignition. This issue was not in my car my earlier. I started facing this after I have I got it from Safdarganj.
I called up your engineer(ANIL) who was custodian of my car for servicing And he advised that the ignition issue will be resolved after you run the car for about 150 kms.
I did as per his advice but even after running the car for more than 250 kms, the issue was not resolved. ANIL gave me wrong advice.
? You had sent another engineer(AMIT) on 22 August, he took my car to Safdarganj Hyndai – Gurgaon, when he got the car he started the car for couple of times but the issue existed same day evening onward. YOU GUYS COULDN’T FIX THIS AGAIN. THIS IS HARRASSMENT TO CUSTOMER.
? Today you have sent another engineer(Harikesh) to take car back.
My house in sector 57 Gurgaon, very close to your competitor Professional Hyndai but I chose to give my car to Safdarganj. IF MY CAR IS NOT FIXED TODAY, I WILL COMPLETELY LOSE TRUST IN SAFDARGANJ HUNDAI.
