Around 6 month ago I was purchased a safari bag from a shop and they provide me warranty of 2 year for any damages but after 3 month later the bag was stiched remove also the bag was also rip and the when I go to shop for the services for my bag then shopkeeper accept the bag say to me come after 10 days the bag go to the company and provide solution that time after 10 days when I found that still bags not received than ask around 5 day wait and they around delay me for the bag around 2 month and bag not replaces only they stiches side where stiches open and provided poor services
