Extremely unhappy with the customer service that Safari provides. Purchased a bag which got damaged in 3 months. Although having a warranty of 5 yrs, the customer service is too poor. They dont reply to your emails. They pick up the calls and then disconnect it. fed up with follow-ups from last 3 months but hardly there is any hope left now. No, they wont replace the bag you have purchased. They would choose different kind of excuses - keep phone on hold and disconnect. Another time - our executive will get back to you in 30 mins. but no response. the next time . they gave me a contact no - which doesn't get connected to(probably an invalid number) - note this was intentionally given. the call was diconnected intentionally. Too much follow up. but in vain. Please do not buy safari bags and ask your friends and relatives not to buy it.
