Rummy Playwin is probably the worst website. Games are rigged.
Instead of this website, I would recommend you to give Khelplay Rummy try. The customer care staff is patient, supportive and caring. They do a good job at resolving queries and taking immediate actions if need be. I have played on this website since 2 years now and participated in a number of their tournaments as well.
