I went to kanpur for my interview so I went into royal dine hotel. I assumed hotel to have nice quality and tasty food but I got totally surprided when my order came . It had bad presentation and the food contained alot of salt. I told the managment about the same but they ignored it. The ambience and hospitality is poor and I am not satusfied with customer service . They donot have customer feedback form.I think the value for money is less. Pls guys donot go there
