Wished I could give a Zero rating . Please read on why .
Took my vehicle to RNS Motors, Yeshwantpur for fixing a starting problem with the car. I was told to
replace clutch/spark-plug etc and a full service . The car broke down on the road within two days .
Left the car for repair at RNS Motors, Bommasandra-Jigani . This time they replaced the fuel pipe
and the car broke down yet again within two days . Went back to RNS Motors Bommasandra and
this time they replaced the fuel relay. The Works Manager assured me that the issue has been fixed
and I will not face any further issue. Two days later, the car broke down yet again in the middle of the
road.
Have been to RNS workshop thrice so far, but the original issue is not yet fixed . I paid around~16k so far which has gone down the drain.Every time, I am given a different explaination but the actual issue is never fixed.
All my previous services have been at Pratham Motors and never had any issue with them. My first experience with RNS has been extremely frustrating. The feedback form has a minimum rating of 8/10, wish I could give a 0 rating.
Will never visit RNS again .
