Rishikesh is the name which represents its meaning. This is a place that demonstrates the values of Guru's i.e. rishi's etc. You know this holy place is embed with holy Ganga. The Ganga is the main attraction of this place. Though it is surrounded by the mountains and nature's gift. RamJhula and laxman Jhula is one of the Tourists place where people cross the Ganga and enjoy the view of Rishikesh.
There are many people in the world who visit Rishikesh every year.In summer holidays people visit there and do adventurous things like bungee jumping, camping and rafting etc. This place is out of pollution and smoke. It has many restaurants and hotels etc. so there no shortage of staying places. We can easily walk through the city with the taxies and Auto etc.
The most interesting thing is that in the early morning and evening rishikesh is humming with holy sounds which is very much heart touching. The local residents of this place come in the bank of river in evening time.This is totally outstanding!
