I purchased a Ricoh Printer-SP 111SU. Serial Number:-T945M441704. But when I opened the Printer and started to use it according to the instructions it did not work at all.


I am a loyal customer who has purchased many electronic products from different Sector before but never faced such issues in earlier occasions.


So I request all do not purchase any Ricoh Product.I requested to all to help me out this situtation .


Reason of review: Bad quality.
