I recently raised a complaint on RBI CMS portal against Axis Bank apathy. Was aghast to find that the reply came from a PNO of Axis Bank(RBI is asking the Accused to be the Judge) dismissing the concerns raised and closing the complaint. On returning to RBI CMS portal, I find that no appeal can be filed! RBI has no intent to reform the Banks who are using public money to create NPAs and coock a snook at the public who gives them the money for their very existence. It is just lip service by RBI and more exchequer's money is being wasted while tea and pakodas flow in a new department. Conscience is dead.all around. Sab chalta hai.but it all comes back!
