I had rented a washing machine through rentomojo on 26th June 2017. My order ID is 400090125. I had paid Rs.500 online as a token deposit. I uploaded all my documents and my scanned ID. Surprisingly they cancelled my order and initiated a refund on 1st July 2017. They didn't notify me why my order was being cancelled.
They said that the refund will reflect on your bank account within 5-7 business days. It's been 10 days since and I am yet to get my refund. The customer care service is the worst. They are denying any responsibility and is telling me to check with my bank for refund. Thank god I didn't pay the whole amount online. Rentomojo is a fraud company and a chit fund.
