Pathetic Customer Service
I had taken coller on rent from rentomojo Delhi order Id 400756721 On raising requests my items were to be delivered by 23rd March 2020, but couldn’t be cause of lockdown. After that there was radio silence from rentomojo customer service. On relaxation of lockdown and being told that they had resumed operations from 17th may, I’ve mailed and exhausted all measures in trying to reach them but to no avail. They’ve ignored my emails completely.I got through to customer care via chat option which seldom works, they assured me that logistics team would contact me in 24 hours but to no avail. I called them as well for more than 100 tines but no response, they just call as they want to close thd ticket but the delivery team has not contacted me yet. It is with utmost exasperation and frustration that I write this review today, as I’m at a complete loss as to what to do. I’m considering taking legal action against such irresponsible and dishonest service Please save yourself and do not rent from rentomojo.
