I am writing this to show how RENTOMOJO SUPPORT is and the way you guys work is a pain to the Customer. I am trying to reach Rentomojo Support via Chat, Calls, email, Tickets from the LAST 1 YEAR and no response. - One ticket is open from REQ-60-0144335 - 24 Jun 2019. Rest was opened on 14th, REQ-REL-BLR-0350356 - is marked resolved without any communication with me. REQ-60-0144335, REQ-REL-BLR-0350357 & REQ-GEQ-0350352 - NO RESPONSE. AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 12 MONTHS and DAYS I AM WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE. 1860 121 12 33? - number listed on your website is not a valid number.?+91 80-46872700? - Never gets connected. NO CHAT SUPPORT - NO AGENT GETS CONNECTED even if I wait for 4-8 hours. - IN ADDITION TO THIS, my current address is incorrect, it was an address updated 2 years ago and after that 3 delivery was taken place to a different addresses. Why is your SYSTEM. SUPPORT, SERVICE is so screwed? - Order Id: 100248974 - My subscription end date is 06 Jun 2020 for this order. When I go to your site to close the subscription, I get the below message and I will NOT be paying a penny for the subscription post this date and want my DEPOSIT WHICH I HAVE PAID. IF YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO AUTO EXTEND THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR 1 ORDER and if all the payment for all the other products are delayed/not paid I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.(BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE NOT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER\'s REQUEST through any support channels.) NOTE: I HAVE POSTED THE ABOVE ON GOOGLE REVIEWS. WITH ALL THE SCREENSHOTS.
