Worst customer support I have seen anywhere. I bought washing machine from them last year. Fir everything they say we have to contact some 3rd party vendor. So these guys only job is to collect rent. Zero support. Now these 3rd party guys ask me to contact Rentomojo. So now if I ask for email confirmation so that I can forward to the concerned 3rd party , they refuse saying we don't have that option etc. My request to transfer ownership is pending from Jan and request to return is pending from March. No response, no follow up
