I have never ever seen this kind of behaviour, the people promise and never return a call and never ever reply on emails. I purchased not rented any product from Rento Mojo a washing machine. I have was paying emi's for approx 01 year and later I got to know that I have not purcahsed it was on rent. Their was serious misguiding by the executive who took all our documents and left the company himself also guided us do not pay any rent or any money to the company. We are not frauds like them we spoke to the supervisor adil and then he said he will ask the team to return a call and after long wait I never got a call. I mailed and closed by subscription and asked the executive to arrange a call back. One concern person Mohd called and understood my issue and after few days one of the operations head return a call and said u can purcahse the given product and have to settle it with INR 1200/- only and he will email the total amount o be paid. Till date I have not recieved any call or email from them, and they have not yet closed thesubcription it is still on req and will be charging me the auto-rent as mentioned in the messages recvd from FRaudies Rento Mojo. I emailed again and again and tried calling but no reply recvd. Could anyone please look into it and get back with the solution.
