My husband and I wanted to furnish our house, so we rented 6 items from RentoMojo - bed, mattress, bar unit, nightstand, bookshelf and wardrobes. It has been one and a half years and we haven't faced any issues.
We opted for RentoMojo because the rentals were lower compared to the other furniture rental platforms and the quality seemed promising as well.
In the last one and half years, we haven't had any problems. We tried to rent an air conditioner from them but we didn't find it very effective as our bedroom is huge. We were easily able to return it, no questions asked.
I have read a lot of reviews about the customer care experience being bad. I haven't really had to deal with them because all the processes have been smooth for me.
