First of all the charges are super high, even then I rented because of their advertising.
Closing charges are high , I made a closure request on March 9th , 2020 with all dues paid and product to be picked on March 24, 2020. Due to the lockdown that couldn’t happen and now I have been charged for March 25-March 31st with late fees. When asking for clarification all I get is we will call you back with details but no call back yet.
