Reliance is among the best advertiser; but very average service provider. I was once a great fan of it but after having a bad experience; I really doubt, if I am ever going to use its mobile services. Well, it is a rosy picture, when you buy a mobile connection.
After a week, you will realise like me that you have become unasked customer of value added services or service on request.
In a day, your balance gets reduced. You may not have opted for cricket update or some motivational tip but then you are guided that you have already enjoyed it.
Then, God saves you from a number of unasked SMS- even though, you subscribe to Donot Disturb(DND) service.
Then, there is always a hindrance called call drop.
So, with all those negative factors, I decided not to go for it again.
I would have stayed on;but then once bitten twice shy!
