Reliance Though Being A Very Large telecom network dont have very good gsm network connectivity in certain areas and also I think there net is very slow and customer care people dont always give the complete information required which makes diffucult for the user to handle.
There is also a problem of balance deduction when you recharge more and use less.I wish they will improve on there service and gain more happy customers.
