This been more than 5 years since I am using RCom for domestic purpose. I have to say that Rcom is one of the worst operator with a terrible voice quality. The voice quality is so worst that sometimes it will take couple of sec to identify who is speaking on the other end. In most of the calls I recieved or dialed, I have experienced that same thing over and over again. I tried to fix this over phone but the customer service is very unprofessional to handle such things. They are more happy to help with plans and payments not with service quality issues.
There are many things which are needed to be fixed with Rcom and primarily their Voice Quality and Signal Strengths. Due to low budget plans many people use their service but with low voice quality it's useless to do so. There are many other operators who are offering same thing at a very low and minimum cost and with good amount of voice quality and signal strength.
