Relience mobile operator is an operator for 2g, 3g network service. I was using reliance sim as my 2nd sim at last 3 months ago.
Reliance mobile operator have big problem with network coverage. When we are in village there is no shows any reliance network coverage. So in village, the realiance network fails for their voice calling service, sms service and internet service.
And when we are in city karad, district satara, there have network but not consistent. The network shows in my mobile in just 3 tower out of five. And sometime it drops as 1 tower. Ao automatically call drop happens or message sending fails. The internet network also not consistent. Sometime it shows 3g and sometime 2g. So that effects on your surfing speed. And it not becomes worthy in emergency useful.
I told customer care about network coverage and about non proper internet. Then customer care replied me, you have full network range in your area. So I told again, then they said you should restart your mobile when problem occurs. This is an very worst issue of reliance network and cuatomer care.
And as compared to thier network the charges are costly. And plans and offers also fail when dont have proper network coverage.
