I normally pay my rim bills by using my credit card. However my great credit card company (icici) decided to bill me twice for a same payment - and then reverse it. so my rim bill was paid twice, then reversed.........so when I try paying now the rim site says ''you are not eligible to use this facility''. Now my saga starts. I have sent a few mails (no response) and spoken to a dozen guys! Latest is a guy called Mangesh (3:40 am Saturday 1st april)...who promises to forward the complaint..! Now on 28 Aug, 06, I still have not got a solution to this problem. Can any body suggest a solution. How serious is this idiot company's threat to go to gsm. Then one might as well shift Any suggestions?
Some sms sent to me are not reaching and some calls are not coming through! what a pain. Any solutions?
