During the dipavali festival, I bought Jiofi with lots of hope and expecting speed from Jiofifor a sum of Rs.999/- from Samsung world showroom in muneshwara block, Hanumanthanagar, Bangalore and the store keeper asked me to recharge for a sum of Rs.299/- and which I spent it. And when I took it to my house, it started working and the activation took only very few minutes. I thought it is very good. But to my surprise, the speed was very less instead of GBs it is was coming in KBs and Reliance company was offering in TV as the best of best and the offer is only for a limited period and without studying much I bought the same, but then I got to understand it is almost useless and only in some places the signals and the downloading will be good but not everywhere. In this connection I spoke to the custoemr care, they just shown their inability mentioning that it will be rectified. But even after four months, nothing was done. I think Jiofi is useless in my opinion.
