No doubt they literally promised free services and they have done it. But the network issue is the greatest problem of them. They promise to give 4G services but the speed is only like a 2G network. Most of the time signal will not be there in the phone. And even when signal is there, your net will be working too slow. And about the calling facility, do not ever rely only on Jio as most of the time you will not be able to talk properly with those connection. My suggestion will be to keep it as an option only and not totally rely on it.
