I bought a LYF mobile phone I month ago, by that time jio was giving free simcard with this phone, the first week was having super fast 4g super fast internet but as the time passed the net quality got decreased day by day at first the speed was 5to8 MBPS but now it is not even 5 KBPS. I delevered many complanes to customer service but no response, now day the calling also got affected 2 out 10 calls were made, every time it showed that{ all lines to this network is busy} but by calling from different network the call was going in a right manner, it is a very bad experience, plz improve your network ability
