Reliance jio has become the most popular telecom operator of India and is the most successful telecom operator. I am using its services from very beginning only.
the good things in jio has that its internet speed is good, customer care service is good and now after 26th jan 2018 its price as per the service is good for the person who needs internet, calling both.
But at the beginning the cost was too high and was not possible for all to use. at that time it was too difficult to call jio care but now its ok. but some of the things that jio can do to be more and more popular that jio should also provide only calling packs so that customers can also use jio in less price else they can get other operators in less price for only calling. some times jio internet speed get very slow in my area and when I inform to the care some times I get the right care person who listen to me and at last gives me solution's but some gives this and that information and disconnect the call.
