I am using the JIO services from last 6 months and I can say it is the worst service provider. Their call drop rate is very high. Every time there is a disturbance in the ongoing calls and you will not alble to coomunicate with the other person. They offer unlimited voice pack to make the fool of everyone. They will cheat you and cancel your calling plan anytime and will say to recharge again to take benefits. Their internet speed is very poor in Delhi NCR. I will not recommend anyone to go for it. They are cheap guys stealing the money from public. Customer care is so bad that they even not reply to your calls and never transfer the call to the supervisor because their is no supervisor and only hold your calls for hours. JIO CHEAP COMPANY! All good reviews are from their employees only.
