So hey guys, all of you have heard about JIO, let me tell you about something as I am using jio sim since JULY 2016.In the starting of the offer the speed is very good but due to increase in user there NET speed goes DOWN.
NOW talk about network coverage, good network coverage in metro cities, but as we talk about rural areas, it is not upto the mark as we go in rural areas.Now lets talk about customer service, there services are not that great,customers have to wait in queue for there query to be solved by customer care representative,they are not charging anything as this offer is free for all users till MARCH 2017, as promised by MUKESH AMBANI.
