According to me, I live in village, there are 2-3 towers in our village, firstly there were no any tower available. For using jio internet we have to go city near my village. Connectivity is strong in jio. There are 5-6 MBPS Speed. I use jio lot of so I love it.
Because of many people using jio because it gives high quality data and in low price. Thats why coustmer care are not properly working. They might have lot of auidence that's why. Lot of time to take my call.
Charges and billing of jio network is very very low. Thats why people using jio. And all in my family uses jio sim / network. Data cost is as low as 8₹/GB so love jio very much because of its price and connectivity.
