Not as it name suggests.extremz toilet cleaner.My wife bought it from Reliance Fresh store because of a one on one free offer.But its performance is not very good.It is less thick as compared to many competitors.So more liquid is spent per use.Also needs more than one use to clean tough stains.Overall a very average product.
