I visited the reliance digital store at santacruz mumbai. First of all you cannot go there by lift or staircase, only by escalator. This is an impediment for elderly or people who have apprehensions using it. After much request I was allowed to use the service lift. I wantec a demo of reliance tablet but I had to wait for 10 mins. Even after that the salesperson did not have full knowledge of the product. Another sales guy was called. Finally after I purchae the product, the product quality was fragile and the screen broke within 6 months of warranty. Even when I call for after sales repair, no body gives any clear estimate or explanation. Website also does not help in terms of information of products or repsir centres. The numbers provided dont eork in many cases.
