I bought a Apple ipod earphones paying 1600/- from reliance digital store Jp Nagar bangalore on 23rd June night which was in sealed condition. When I opened the pack next day at home the box was containing only user manual which weighing more that a sleek ear phones.
When I contacted the store they said they are not responsible for that as it was not verified there for the contents even though it was sealed and one more excuse given was no sales person assisted me in billing the product as per their CCTV images. I really had to fight with them and finally got my product when I told them that I will go to either police station or file a complaint against reliance digital in consumer court. Be ware guys before buying any thing ....
