Service: Reliable Wi-Max Broadband, Unlimited Rs 842 Connection, 4 GB data per month

Unlike the brand name Reliance, **the Broadband Wi-max internet service is not very reliable**. Bills dont reach you in time. If payments are not paid on time - there is a automatic service disconnection
(which is one thing that works perfectly with Reliance).
There is a a total lack of communication between Mumbai and Bangalore departments. Once you start communicating with Local Revenue/billing department. Nothing is noted on your account. Customer Care inhmumbai says they do not see any changes on your account. Local
customer care may reconnect service - but Mumbi information is not
updated andence service will eventually get disconnected at some point of time. Local credits posted not relecting for customer care. The best thing is to have a local contact and keep pestering him to get back service.
Also, your customer care call is a Mumbai number and hence its a costly affair for me calling them from Bangalore.
For people relying on one connection to work from home etc - this is defenitely not the option. Keep a fall back service of another provider.
I have after 6 months of pathetic service asked them to settle my current months payment and cancel account.
