I am going to review of Reliance Big TV services. My smart card no is 200754154144. From the time of installation of this connection I am facing poor signal of TV channels and bad services of its customer care. But now the DTH TV channels are not coming since more than six months. No response on tollfree numbers. Very pathetic situation with this operator. They are just cheating the customers. If we ask about return our subscription money they simply say that nothing can be done. We are not seeing any channels satisfactorily . They should pay compensation to customer for disrupting services . The problems of not providing channels to customers is harassing one. The customer care/tollfree numbers of this operator are not resolving the problems. Therefore I never recommend for taking connection of Reliance Big TV operator. Very pathetic.
